YaiLY sells food products. For safety and quality reasons, opened or used food items cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially different from the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Shopify, the payment provider, and the issuing bank.
